I have enjoyed the peace and tranquility of this church since 1974 when we came to live at West Farm. My son Stephen and my grandchildren were christened here and my son John and daughter Jane were married here. I have found great solace in this church and village before and after my husband's death in 2000. It is pleasing to see the church continuing to be restored. I have fond memories of all the marvellous events the village had to raise money for the various projects for the upkeeping of this church. This brilliant website will be a way for me to view future events as I am now moving to nearby Chipping Sodbury to be nearer my family. Congratulations and thanks to all concerned who have made this possible. |

As a member of the Wednesday Walking Group I would like to thank David and Alan for welcoming us into St James Church whilst the repair works were being undertaken, also for information regarding the project both verbally and by way of a leaflet leading me to the churches web site. I certainly look forward to a revisit when the works are completed. |
